Our History
Since 1990, our factory has been doing hometextile manufacturing. In the past 20 years, we have established a full production line which include workshops of fabric weaving, fabric cutting, sewing, embroidering, quilting, quality checking and packing. Basing on our manufacturing capability, we have already passed the authentication of ISO9001:9002. Meanwhile, in order to offer our newest designs and items to our customers, we also have set up the design department.
Our Factory
There are more than 200 employees in our 18,000 square meter factory. 150 high speed computerized sewing machines, 30 high speed computerized single needle and muti-needle quilting machines, 6 computerized embroidery machines, 2 automatic carding machine, 2 computerized pillow filling machines. Needle detecting equipment, compressors and automatic packers are in the packaging workshop. The workers have exquisite technology, the salesmen have professional experience and best service concept, the designers has sensitive to fashionable trend, the whole production is implemented strictly under IS09001:2015 International Quality System, so that we can provide high-quality items, fashionable styles and Satisfied Service.
