Computer controlled electronic universal testing machine
Is a fundamental materials science and engineering test in which a sample is subjected to a controlled tension, bending and compression until failure. Properties that are directly measured via a tensile test are ultimate tensile strength, breaking strength, maximum elongation and reduction in area.From these measurements the following properties can also be determined: Young’s modulus, Poisson’s ratio, yield strength, and strain-hardening characteristics. Uniaxial tensile testing is the most commonly used for obtaining the mechanical characteristics of isotropic materials. Some materials use biaxial tensile testing.
Accuracy And Calibration
The machine equips with high precision Load sensor, extensometer, encoder to get the test value. The accuracy can be reach to ±1% and±0.5% two degrees according to requirement. Servo Motor or Servo Hydraulic load system realized close loop control of full testing processing.
The machine is calibrated according to international norms requirement as ASTM E4, ASTM E83,ISO7500-1,ISO9513 and supply a full detailed calibration certificate.
