8. How do you perform quality control?
A: 1).IQC(Incoming Quality Control)control of materials.
2). First sample inspected by QC(Quality Control), QC makes an inspection according to the list of parameters and critical dimensions required by the customer to determine if it can go into production.
3). During processing, our IPQC(In-process Quality Control) checks the injected parts every 2 hours to ensure that no rejects occur.
4). The FQC(Final Quality Control) checks the product before it is sent to the warehouse.
5). OQC(Outing Going Control) checks 100% of the products before they are shipped.
9.What should we do if we receive defective products?
A: If you receive defective products, please send us pictures, we will feedback to our engineers and QC department and solve theproblems as soon as possible.
