Production Details
The wide-angle PIR detector was newly upgraded in 2019, with a pure white appearance, which looks very clean and beautiful. It can be ceiling and wall mounted,the installation height is 2.5-2.8 meters.Infrared sensor sensitivity adjustable: High/Low Mode,and in each mode ,the detecting range is different .In low sensitive mode : detecting range Max: 8M. In high sensitive mode : detecting range Max 12M.Pay attention to the following points when installing .
1. Installation at the out door,place with pets, air-condition nearby, direct sunshine, heat source and under the rotating objects should be avoided.
2. Surface of installation should be firm with no vibration.
3. Installing the detector in the place where intruder pass easily.
FAQ
1.Fault:LED indicator does not light up
Analysis :1. The power cord is disconnected or short-circuited
2. The power supply is not correctly connected to the power interface of the product
3. The polarity of the power supply is wrong
4. The product supply voltage is not within the range of DC 12-24
5. DIP switch 1 is not set to ON
2.Fault:The LED indicator light is on, but there is no alarm output
Analysis :1. The alarm output signal line is open or short-circuited
2. The signal line is connected to the tamper input port
3. If the detector is abnormal, please contact the supplier
3.Fault :LED indicator light is always on, not off
Analysis :1. The power quality is poor or the power supply voltage is too low to reach DC 12V)
2. The surface or inside of the product is dirty and covered
