This series load switch is researched and developed by our company in 2003 for XGN14-12SF6 ring main unit, with high economical efficiency, safety and reliability, is featured with simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, convenient installation. It meets the standards IEC60694, GB3804, GB16926, etc.
Cable incoming/outgoing schemeBoth the main circuit and ground circuit of FLN48-12D are sealed in the insulation shell that is made of epoxy resin by means of APG casting process, with good insulation performance, anti-pollution, etc. The insulation shell is made up of upper and lower two insulating covers with SF6 gas inside whose relative pressure is 0.4bar. The lower insulating cover has explosion precautions to guarantee personal safety, the overpressure SF6 will break through the blow-out disc in lower insulating cover and be led to the back of the box in case of accident conditions.
FLN48-12D load switch adopts arc chute structure that enjoys quick and reliable arc extinguishing. FLN48-12D load switch can be divided into two types: FLN48-12D (K type single-spring operating mechanism) and FLRN48-12D (A type single-spring operating mechanism). The latter can be combined into load switch + fuse combination unit with control and protection functions
