Machine Features
The machine is using to split the large size blocks to the small ones, using the hydraulic system export the pressure, then split the stone in a moment overpass the upper and down double-pole.
Install connection
1 Install the machine body
Put the machine on the cement surface, and then fill up the four corners at the same time.
2Hydraulic oil injection
Infuse 46# hydraulic oil in the oil tank, the height of the oil table should higher than the safety line of the oil watch
3 Link power line

As the above, the power supply of the machine adopt three-phase four wire system with zero line. After completion, close the switch one and switch two, then the power connection is success.
Adjusting and processing
1 The control panel of operating
Emergency stop button:Press the button, the machine will stop, we should rotate it in clockwise direction to prepare before start up the machine.
Oil pump start buttonThe motor will start when press the button.
Oil pump stop button:motor will stop when press the button.
Conversions Knobyou can operate the blade holder cutting down in the control panel when rotate this button to the right .
you can use foot touch to operate the blade holder cutting down when rotate the button to the left .
Manual start buttonIn the manual mode , press the button and then operate the blade holder cutting down
foot start switchIn the foot mode, stomp the switch and then operate the blade holder cutting down .
2 Adjustment
1锛?When you confirm the power line is connecting well, inject the corresponding type and quantity hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil box, and then close the power switch.
2锛?Put the emergency stop button on the controlling panel to right, then start the control power.
3锛?Press the oil pump button, then start the oil pump.
4锛?Choose the manual operator mode, press the button of blade holder cut dowm, then the blade holder should be come down. If there is no response of blade holder,you should observe the rotating direction of the oil pump motor, estimate whether there is any pressure exported, otherwise ,replace the line phase place of oil pump motor power.
5锛?Blade holder will be lifting when she touch the limited switch 2 . and will be stopped when she touch the up limited switch 1. please check the following photos :

Processing methods
1锛?The max specification of the stone processing: height:200mm,width:200mm
2锛?Please adjust the height of up and down limited switch according to the height of blocks to make the max height of blade holder higher than the height of blocks . at the same time to let the blade holder (knife) don’t touch the cutting place of blocks .
3锛?Because the splitting machine can be set different pressure according to the different blocks (hard material or soft material ) and different size .so we need to adjust the pressure when processing . adjusting this this knob to change the pressure ,according to the showing of pressuring watch . the max can reach 20MP , at this moment the max pressure have 35T
4锛塛e can adjust the running pressure of pressure relay when processing ,that mean at the splitting moment the reply running when blade holder cutting down , at the this condition the blade holder can lift directly without touch the down limited switch .
The blade holder can not stop to come down until she touch the down limited switch when this numerical value be set too big . but if this numerical value be set too small ,the blade holder will lift directly when she touch the blocks .so if this numerical value are too small the machine can not split the blocks .
5锛塗he setting of operating mode
