Technological Process
Limestone and coal are placed in limestone hopper and coal hopper respectively, PLC system automatically weigh out limestone and coal and pour into feeding cart, then feeding cart is elevated to the top of roof of lime kiln and pour materials into the buffer hopper, all materials will be distributed evenly inside lime kiln by distributing device.
The air which calcination needs is supplied by centrifugal fan and sent into wind chamber at the bottom of kiln, coal combusts in calcinating zone and release heat, limestone is calcinated and resolved into quick lime and exhaust gas. Quick lime then are discharged by disc type discharging device and delivered to storage silo.
Exhaust air produced by the combustion of coal and limestone go into cyclone dust removal device, high temperature dust collector and desulphurization tower, eventually released to the atmosphere after decontaminated.
