he seller will send two engineers to the buyer’s factory to guide the correct installation of the machine and train the operators to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
Warranty period of molding machine: 12 months (excluding mold and wearing parts), the seller will provide the buyer with 10 proximity switches, 1 solenoid valve (10 leather packaging) and 10 boxes of mold core free of charge.
Within 3 months, if the vacuum pump, motor or air compressor is damaged due to the quality problem of the machine itself, the buyer shall return the defective parts to the seller, and the seller will provide new parts immediately. However, the Seller shall not be liable for the wrong operation of the workers
After the expiration of the warranty period, the Seller shall send engineers at the request of the buyer. All expenses of the Engineer shall be borne by the buyer’s company, and the service fee shall be negotiated by both parties
