The car wheel coating equipment is composed by following main components: Acid washing room, Heating booth, Powder coating booth, Sand blasting room, UV/PU coating booth, UV curing oven and conveyor system. The whole workflow of wheel coating are specified as below:
Loading -> acid washing -> electrostatic dedusting -> heating -> powder coating -> heating -> sand blasting -> UV/PU painting -> UV curing -> Cooling -> Unloading -> QC checking -> Packing
The modern wheel coating system must meet the environment protection requirements and comfortable working environment. That means it must come with low noise and clean treatment to waste water/air. Huizhou Guanjie Co. Ltd. has a group of genius in auto spray coating industry who has over 5 years in engineering and machinery design. We have designed/manufactured over 10 automobile wheel coating lines to different clients. They’re compatible with different wheels and designed for different paints. For example some high quality paints for luxury cars like BMW/Benz etc doesn’t reuire high temperature in curing oven but some less quality paints can only be used under high temperature(鈮?00掳C).

Machine Name Description
Pretreatment cleaning Automatic degreasing, rinsing and drying. Mainly used for dedusting and derusting. The process includes pickling, alkali rinsing, neutralizing and pure water rinsing. Can be designed by customer requirement or work piece properties.
Dust removal unit Electrostatic dust removal by air blowing and brush cleaning
Preheat oven Used for heating before painting, the ceramic paint can be more sticky.
Spray booth There’re water curtain and paper filter types available. The purpose is to collect waste paint during painting and reduce environment pollusion as much as possible.
Curing oven Bridge type oven used for paint curing under preset temperature (180-200鈩?
Electric Control System Central control programed by PLC and touch screen. Operator centrally control for conveyor, clean air supply and temperature etc.
According to customer requirement and workshop properties, we will program out the best layout and reasonable structures for different coating stages. Customer have choice of robotic, manual and semi-manual solutions. We provide turnkey project once all details/requirements confirmed.
